What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Please contact us if you expect to arrive after 22:00.

Is self check-in available?

Yes. The dormitory uses a self check-in system. You can enter with a PIN code and follow the in-house instructions. Please note that staff are not stationed on-site.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew, You can enter and exit freely with your key.

Can I use the kitchen facilities?

Yes. A microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle are available.

Are there bathrooms and toilets?

Yes. Shared shower rooms and toilets with bidet function are available. POLA shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the dormitory.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. We can store your luggage from 10:00 before check-in, and from 10:00 to 16:00 after check-out.

Are towels and amenities provided?

Towels and hair dryers are provided. Toothbrushes and razors are available for an additional fee.

Can children stay at the dormitory?

Children aged 12 and above are welcome with a guardian. For whole-building rentals, children under 12 are also allowed.

Is parking available?

There is no on-site parking, but we can guide you to nearby coin parking lots.


Is there an elevator?

No, there is no elevator. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs only.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the stay.50% charge for 6–3 days prior, and 100% for2–1 day prior, same-day cancellations , no-shows.
